So let me get this straight. The singer is asking a younger woman to stop hanging around him, because even though he's in a relationship, he doesn't want to face a temptation that he is too weak to withstand. Well, there's the "Ewww" factor: has he bothered to tell his lover about his weakness? Don't think so. He may think he needs to be true to his lover, but when he sings "It'll never work out," you know he's already lusting in his heart (to paraphrase our 39th president).
The idea of a 13-year-old Donny Osmond singing this is a bonus "Ewww" multiplier that scores extra sap points.

Carole King is a great singer-songwriter, and in her Brill Building days she wrote some true classics, like "Will You Love Me Tomorrow" and "(You Make Me Feel Like A) Natural Woman."
But hold your applause. She also wrote that feminist anthem "He Hit Me (And It Felt Like a Kiss)" -- a subject on which you do not want to get me started -- and this piece of doggerel. Check out these lyrics:
"Go away little girl,
Go away little girl,
I'm not supposed to be alone with you"
Probably because he's required to register as a sex offender! And I'm with Half, the idea of a 13-year-old Donny Osmond singing this song just makes my skin crawl. How young would the girl in that case have to be?
